Mixing curls within a set can be a very useful way of correcting or disguising certain features. Stronger curls are ideal for adding lift in certain areas and curls with a less obvious curvature can be used to elongate the eye. Be aware that when you switch curls you will also need to change lengths. If you are going from a C to a D then you will also have to increase the length of the D to counter the decrease in length that the curvature brings.
